How to add quick message at the top of screen, during episode?

Not sure if what I asked makes sense,
But in some stories during an episode all of a sudden a Dropbox of some sort appears at the very top of the screen.
And it’s like the author talking to the reader real quick.
Let me know if you happen to know the answer to this.

readerMessage Followed by the text as you want it to appear.

So the above would create a little pop-up that says “Followed by the text as you want it to appear.”
