What i mean is you also can loop the overlay with shift
like this
&overlay OVERLAYNAME shifts to [a spot to the left] in zone 2 in 1 THEN overlay OVERLAYNAME shifts to [a spot to the right] in zone 2 in 1 loop 5 times
it loops smother
I know you can do it but I don’t fully understand why you want to loop position of overlays of gif since the point of the gif is that it makes ilusion of movement while the overlays are all on the same place.
I am not sure if it will make smooth ilusion of the gif if you will move the overlays to different places.

well then it is normal gif and if you will fallow all the steps in my tutorial it will work.
You dont need to ad any shift loop or similar things.
ok but i don’t know what i did wrong in my script but thank you for your help 
the loop command itself looks OK to me - just your speeed 0.5 was very slow -i would sugest to keep it on 0.1 and only if it is too quick then change the time I have.

also if you havent seen any change at all - check if you accidentaly havent uploaded identical picture several times instead of the separate one each bit different than the other.
And dont forget to put all overlays on 0 opacity on the start above tle looping comand.
