How to animate water ripple as an overlay

I have a little issue with how can I animate water ripple as an overlay.
I’ve tried everything and nothing! :sweat_smile:
If someone could help me, I’d be grateful!

You would need multiple pngs that are like frames, same as animating a cartoon for example, or a flip-book!
