I have a mix of 3b and 4a hair, I recommend you:
- Not showering your hair everyday.
- Brushing your hair showering rather than brushing it dry, makes it easier to maintain to brush your hair
- Use the right products for your hair! Shea Moisture is the best recommendation out there!
- Co-wash your hair once or twice a month, but with the right product!
It might not fit with your hair by exact, but it’s quiet near for now.
