How to carry someone over the shoulder?

anyone know how to carry someone over the shoulder while walking out?

I’ve seen it in one of the episode officials. You have to spot your character on the shoulder of the other character, and set the spot to a minus, like -
&CHARACTER spot -0.100 280 0 AND CHARACTER is idle_sit_neutral_loop_rear

You need to remember to make them move at the same time, otherwise the character will be left behind.
