HOW TO: Change A Character's Outfit From A Scene To Another

Can someone please tell me the command I need to use to change a character’s outfit from a scene to another? I have this scene in which the character wears an outfit and alright, but in the following scene, I’d like for the character to wear something different but I dunno what I should do to make this happen…

What does the command “preview” imply, exactly? Is it for the dressing game?

Preview allows the story to remember the outfit you chose before. For example if you had a choice before to choose which dress you want to wear between outfit1 and outfit2 and want to change in something else and then back at the previous choice without gains or points, you can use @CHAR previews outfit outfit3 and when you want to change in the old choice you put @CHAR unpreviews outfit outfit3, so if you chose to wear outfit1 you’ll change into it and if you chose outfit2 you will wear that. Okay I know this is confusing, if you need any other explanation let me know.

Alright, thank you! I have seen that, if you want to create a new outfit, you have to click on “New Outfit”. But, for whatever reason, it doesn’t save it :sweat_smile::sweat_smile:

Yes indeed, and it says that the outfit cannot be saved. Dunno why to be honest :sweat_smile::thinking:

I have just tried and it works, but if I change for example her hairstyle or lip colour, it changes also for her other outfits , so that her hair and lips look the same everywhere :worried: what can I do to solve this?

You can use previews/unpreviews for hair and lips too. Here you can find a better explanation :sweat_smile:.
