Hi, and I would like to know how to create a scene where it’s raining outside but yet the characters are inside, and I, of course, don’t want it to be raining inside. But anyway I’d love to hear your input.

I dont think you can layer things over weather effects so youd have to animate a rain overlay

You’re going to need to use a rain GIF, break up each frame of the GIF into its own overlay, then proceed to code the GIF using the overlays. It’s a long and tedious process, but it can be done.

There are instructions on the forums by various members about how to animate overlays using GIFs and you can use ezgif.com to break up the rain GIF into separate frames.
