I’m so late to answer as well, but if you press your mouse wheel and hold it, while moving the mouse you can navigate across the zoomed site in all directions 
If that doesn’t work there’s also extra scroll bars that should appear at the bottom of the page, to let you move sideways. Not sure if that’s what you meant, but let me know if that was it!
