HOW TO: Deal with the 'Game State on a different platform' error message 🌹

As of Thursday, April 11, 2019 “Episode is NOT able to transfer Episode Accounts between Android and iOS devices.:orange_heart:

However, even though you can’t transfer your Episode account (which includes your reading history, favorite stories, purchases, daily challenge streak progress, passes, gems, etc.) your Episode Profile (which is your email login, and has your stories you have written, your social feed, your profile page with the stories you have recommended and it’s the same as your Writer’s Portal account, etc.) can be transferred over by asking support :heart:

Submit a ticket to them, explaining your situation:

I didn’t really understand how it works… I send a message to Episode and they said that they linked my profile to my new account but I don’t understand what it changes and what it allows me to do.
