Hi does anyone know how to do ambulance lights

There is a overlay you can use
RED COP LIGHT
But if you want to show the entire screen you can do
@transition fade out red .5
@transition fade in red .5
@pause for 1
@transition fade out red .5
@transition fade in red .5

And to make RED COP LIGHT fade in and out
@overlay RED COP LIGHT opacity 1 in .5
@overlay RED COP LIGHT opacity 0 in 1
@overlay RED COP LIGHT opacity 1 in .5
