So I’m learning how to draw/practice on outlines made by other people and I seem to have trouble like creating the eyes and the colors to actually make them look good. As you can see on one of them I did the very basic thing and the eyes looks very bad 
. Any tips?

I don’t really know how to do that, I have trouble with eyes too
If you want to make the eyes more of the anime-ish type add more details and make them look shiny, maybe use the blur feature to give the eyes an ombre effect? Try using many different shades of the same color on the eyes, this enhances them and gives them a bright feel
I’m not exactly a good artist but I try… here’s one that I did where I experimented on the eyes, I’ll add more examples later
And don’t say your art looks bad, I love it!

Hmm… so you could maybe put shadows under the eyelids and they’re ombre eyes so… ombre…? ugh drawing eyes are hard

Yeah drawing eyes are hard, especially if you’re just starting 
I’m finding it really hard to draw eyes as well. But I do it on MediBang Paint. Is it much different?
I haven’t used that app yet but I’m not sure 
.
I think it maybe because your using ibis paint I use the same and have the exact same problem you can’t zoom in far enough but to get around that maybe create the eyes on a different layer bigger then place them onto your character

Yeah I have everything in layers, but I just don’t know how to create eyes like that. But your drawing looks cute

Simple eye tutorial (:
So lower the opacity on the character layer
Draw the lid + lashes (if it’s a girl/someone w long lashes) w dip pen hard
Then add the lower lid, iris + pupil.
Then shade w an airbrush
This is v simple (as u hv probably noticed) but good luck w it! I’m not so good at art lol
