How to get the recording overlay to follow the characters?

I have a scene in my story where one of my characters shows a video to a friend. I’m either going to use a cell phone overlay, or the RECORDING overlay that’s already provided by Episode. But for the life of me, I cannot figure out how to get it to stay on the screen as it pans, following the characters. Can someone please explain to me how to make this happen? Thanks in advance!

you can make it a ui! that way it’ll be stuck to the screen no matter where you zoom/pan to
