Hey everbody! Do any of you guys know where/if I can get these kimd of hairstyles and colours.

They are not and are probably never going to released to us as that is a featured hairstyle. The best way to ask for these is in the limelight wishlist thread but not that one as that costs gems but you can try asking for the free ones. e.g. background character hairstyles.

Split hair colors would be nice for episode but once in a blue moon they give us what we want so
