Forgive me if this is a stupid question 
, but aside from a mosque where can Muslim men pray? Sorry but the internet is giving me mixed answers. On my MC’s island of residence there is a mosque that’s in a very convenient area, but if they were to go to an island without one (lets say for a week or 2) then what should they do?

In the house, outside in a quiet place, anywhere where there isn’t no disturbance.

Yeah, for women, we just don’t pray on the rug on our cycle. But wait, you mean prayer as in praying on the rug? Cause then we do do it in places where there isn’t much distraction. Like in a specific building’s or park.

Yes and in the Mosque and for daily prayers.

My denomination don’t usually use the rugs for Sunday prayers. 
I guess it depends.

Whaaaat! Jeez, that sounds messed up. Some people really need to do their research before adding Muslim characters in their story. What was the story called? I hope it got reported.

Reported? I mean, they didn’t represent them well but reporting might be a little extreme.
