How to have moving overlays

Can someone please give me the coding to make overlays move
I’m wanting to make them move from off screen to on screen like slide to where I want it

All you have to do is click Show Helpers -> Spot Directing -> Change Overalys, and then pick your start point and end point. The start point would be offscreen, and the end point will be on screen. Then you’ll type something like this, depending on your start and end points:

&cut to zone 2

#START POINT
&overlay EXAMPLE create
&overlay EXAMPLE opacity
@overlay EXAMPLE shifts to 0 0 in zone 1

#END POINT
@overlay EXAMPLE shifts to 0 0 in zone 2 in 2
