How to have two animations occur during one line of speech?

Because I have a long narration text bubble and the background characters finish their animations before the reader finishes reading the bubble leaving them motionless. I’ve seen it in stories before so if someone could help me figure out how to have a character do two animations, one after the other, that would be very helpful thank you.
