How to let 2 people do something at the same time?

Hi!
Basically in my story I need someone to say something and I want another person to react as she says that. I know to let two people do something, without someone saying something is, @PERSON is (animation) and PERSON2 is (animation).
But now I need this while the other person is saying something, if you know what I mean?
