How to make a background obfuscate?

Hey Everyone!
So, I’ve seen a lot of intros which the background obfuscates, how do I do that?
Is there a code?
Your help will be very appreciated.
Thank you, Vicky.

Can you show me an example? (I’m stupid so I don’t know what obfuscate means, sorry :sob: at least in Episode dictionary anyway)

Can you send me a picture of an example? Or describe it, maybe? Because I googled obfuscate and they said it means interrupting…erm

Blurry is the right word i think.

btw sorry that I got away for a while

There is no specific code that is set in the portal for this. But how you do is in an app (I use Ibis Paint) make the background blurry then upload it as an overlay. Then set the opacity to 1 in like 3 seconds for it to gradually become blurry.

If you would like, you can send me the background and I can make it blurry for you!

Most photo apps has a function called saturation which I think will make you bg blurry.

Oh. You might need to make an overlay. Here’s an app that’s really easy to use

So, basically, press CREATE NEW. Then FULL HD and then CREATE. Press the paintbrush icon to draw. Pick white from the color palette and adjust transparency how much you want the blur to be. Paint it for the whole screen and then upload it as an overlay.
For this, the code is:
@OVERLAYNAME opacity 1 in # .
You can also use a background buuuuuut I don’t know about that.

Thank you all so much for your help! I appreciate it a lot! :hugs:

Ofc it’s no problem!

Or you can upload the background to Pixlr then blur it using the Gaussian blur filter then turn it into a png which is way easier than what you suggested
