How to make a body appear like it's dragging on the floor?

Does any1 know how to make a body appear if it’s dragging on the floor?
Been struggling with figuring this out.

The problem is that the character will get back up even while using the faint animation, near the end.
Would like to periodically make it appear as if the body is being dragged while the end of the faint animation stays there, but it’s not working out at all lol.
Any help would be appreciated.

Once a character is done “walking” they will go back to the idle animation unless you immediately make them do another animation right after they walk. But because you’re using the end of the faint animation, there isn’t a way to make them stay on the ground after the walking command is done. You can add “then CHARACTER starts faint” but then your character will repeat the faint animation.

What you can do is use a duplicate character. Place the duplicate somewhere off screen and make them act out the faint animation. Once your main character is done walking, immediately remove that character and place the duplicate in the same spot your character was just at.

Ughhh thank you so much for this. Definitely looks way cleaner now, never would had figured it out or thought of using a duplicate.
