How to make overlays clear?

I’m having trouble making a clear overlay that doesn’t end up blurry for the INT. OFFICE BOARDROOM - DAY background. I resize and sharpen the overlays, but that hasn’t worked. Can anyone please help?

You have to click in the background image before saving it to get a clear image, else the image is going to be blurry.
I have an overlay of that if you need it:

I always save the image as a file first, but it keeps turning out blurry for me. Thank you very much!

Did you click in like this before saving it? Because if you don’t, the image will turn out blurry.

I think so, but I don’t remember. Thanks for telling me! I’ll keep that in mind for next time.
