I suggest reading Magicka: Black Heliconia to get a feel of a unique and specially done spotlight style story~☆ It’s VERY appealing!

Being hones for me nothing one would do would make spot light interesting. In my openion because it is less action showing the writer must be very good in descriging the scene.

I think spotlight stories are cool because of the stories on the app choices. I never read one on episode because I barely see them. But I would like to see more.

Yeah, you have to make it more similar to a classic novel since you can’t see the full body animations. But the characters are still talking to each other in the boxes.

In my experience, thoroughly developed characters, and distinguishable character voices are essential for spotlight stories. It’s important you focus more on dialogue and narration quality. I’d recommend reading through your favourite books, and analyzing what techniques your favourite authors have utilized to efficiently make you, as the reader feel something and become engaged with the plot.
