I’ve never seen animations like this. It may be hidden or you’ll need to use overlays.

Overlays of?
Arms, hands. Unless there is an animation for choking I’ve no idea. I’d be surprised if there was. You’ll need to make or request someone to make you some overlays of character hands other wise. Or practice with different animations that might look like one is choking the other

If you don’t want to use overlays maybe you can try using an animation among those where the character is holding a gun
I don’t really know how else you could do it using an animation
