How to move (sliding) characters while zooming?

It’s like the characters “slide” as the zooming moves to them, it’s kinda hard to explain but all I know that it begins with zooming but I don’t know how to do that to my character. I’ve seen many authors do it and I was wondering if someone could teach me?

Just use & for the first command, so the other one will start at the same time

You basically have to make them walk while zooming in

&CHARACTER walks to spot stuff AND CHARACTER starts animation that isnt walking
@zoom on stuff

Basically, like Apes said, you got to use the & while having the characters walk.
