How to Rotate an Overlay Properly?

I’m still confused on how to properly rotate an overlay because when I tried to do it, my overlay didn’t land in the center of my scene. I don’t know how to rotate an overlay so that it lands in the center of my scene. Can someone help me?

@overlay NAME rotates 360 anchor point 0.5 0.5 in 1
for it to rotate completely.
How much do you want it to rotate though?

For the center of your scene, you’d have to place the overlay there, OR shift it towards the center.

That’s my problem. I don’t know how much I want the overlay to rotate :woman_facepalming:t4:

You would have to use trial and error.

Also, the anchor point depends on the size of your overlay.

  • 0 0.is the bottom left of the overlay.
  • 0.5 0.5 is the center of the overlay.
  • 1 1 is the top right of the overlay.

If your overlay is positioned in the center, rotating it at 0.5 0.5 will keep it in the center.
