How do u translate like if I do Spanish and how do I translate that for the readers
You can do a reader message so you just put
readerMessage (put what you want to translate here)

If it’s big paragraphs I would put the English translation in a different color but make a readerMessage that explains that
I have seein it often done by readers message - but in my opinion it doesnt work well because reder has usually not enoug time to read it - so from my personal experience with stories having this I woud go for readers message only for very short sentences (2-3 words) - for longer I would do as sugested above - use text efect to add the translation in the dialogue or narrator.
