How to use @add command

Can someone help me use @add command for a book without it saying not a valid command

@add BOOK NAME to CHARACTER

Replace ‘BOOK NAME’ with the prop name and replace CHARACTER with your character’s name.

i did that and its saying not valid directing command

Try changing the “To” to “to” (make the capital a lowercase) and see if that works.
