How to use backgrounds with overlays already in them?

Hello! Can someone please help me?
I would like to use this background here: INT. MUSIC AGENT OFFICE DESK OL - DAY
I would like one character sitting in the chair on the outside of the desk and I would like the other character to be seated behind the desk.
Can anyone show me how to do this?

For backgrounds with overlays built in, you can only have characters behind the overlay.

For backgrounds with overlays in them, you will need to use the background name as the overlay name to layer the overlay:

INT. MUSIC AGENT OFFICE DESK OL - DAY with INT. MUSIC AGENT OFFICE DESK OL - DAY at layer #
