How To Use Early Access And Skip-The-Wait?

So, I have read a lot of stories where chapters are released with EA and I want to publish my episodes with EA but I don’t understand how to use it. Can anyone help me with this?
And, can anyone explain what is ’
Skip-The-Wait?’

When u press the publish option to publish ur chapters…the option of early access and skip the wait appear…you can tick whichever u want to add in ur story…

So basically, EA is when you publish a story before date and Skip-The-Wait means that you can read the early published story by paying gems?
