How to use infinite loop on character spot

Hello! I’m fairly new to the Epicommunity. My question is using the loop INFINITE times with a characters spot? I wanted to know how to make a character look like they’re floating. Is there another code a can use to make the character look like they’re floating? Anything can help, thanks loves!
