How to use multiple animations in one dialogue?

Can someone please give me a general explanation plus example, please on how to use multiple animations in one dialogue? As in the character is saying something but they do two animations in the same dialogue.

&CHAR is talk_neutral THEN CHAR is talk_neutral_loop

I usually do something like this:

&pause for .8 THEN CHAR is talk_airquotes
CHAR (talk_confused_mindblown)
And then she said, “I can’t believe it!”

Or when there’s a longer sentence…

&pause for 1.5 THEN CHAR is talk_shrug_neutral
CHAR (talk_sarcastic)
She’s always bugging me about doing the chores, but I can’t blame her.
