So i let the readers pick their name but idk how to use it in the script, i tried [YOU] and [FIRSTNAME] but it just shows as YOU and FIRSTNAME so am i doing something wrong?

Looks fine to me. I helped someone out a few minutes ago with the same issue and they previewed it on their app and it worked out. Seems like glitch. I suggest checking your app previewer again and if it doesn’t work, give it a few minutes and try again. Let me know if it’s still not working.
