I am not able to adjust colour whatever I do it remains the same help plzzz anyone.

u want to keep the filter on or off, or yr talking about the opacity, lightness, etc.
check this out.

turn your opacity to 100 - you have it on 1 which means it is practicly transparent - therefore you do not see it.
