Hi! All general chat threads must still specify a topic as you can see in the rules for general threads:

All rules and guidelines detailed in the Forum General Rules apply to this sub-forum. General threads must have clear topics and promote discussion, not spamming. Discussion within a thread must relate to its stated topic. Replies that ignore the stated topic of a thread will be considered either spam or off-topic and will be dealt with by the forum moderators.

That means that threads with no topic (aka “talk about anything” threads) aren’t allowed. Thanks for your understanding
