After you upload it and it’s approved, you won’t see the cover until it’s published.

No no no pls try to understand I am asking that after my cover approves I want to put it in my story like when you read a story you first see the story cover and than pls turn up your volume and last pls be advices this story contains mature themes and strong language and than the story starts so I want to put my cover in the story

upload it on your background

You can upload the cover as a background or overlay and put that in your story.

and after you click this
pick this one
and now you can upload your background
