My episode app won’t open and it’s been like this for a while. Every time I open it, it keeps on saying connection time out even if my connection’s fine. What should I do?

Restart your device, turn off and back on wifi, uninstall and reinstall episode.
Glitches like that sometimes happen, please let me know if any of the above work.

I have the same issue and nothing work
I need help please my episode doesn’t wanna work everytime I enter the app and it loads for a couple of seconds then the loading icon freezes then it kicks me out of the app
