Hey does anyone know why this shows up every time I try to preview my story?
I’ve refreshed the pages multiple times and restarted my computer and it still showing the same, I don’t have any script errors and it just happened out of the blue.

Maybe re-connect your internet and clear your cache. 
So I had this error and it prevented me from directing for weeks. Episode wasn’t much help with the solution, but then I tried on my old laptop and it worked (but not on my brand new laptop). After talking with customer support with my laptop, my solution was uninstalling and reinstalling Windows itself. It worked, but it’s a pain in the butt. Make sure that your cookies and cache are cleared. Make sure you’re not running any browser extensions. Try logging out of the portal, and back in. If that doesn’t work, you might look at Windows itself.
