Hi, and I’ve noticed that I can’t purchase gems on the app. Any reason why that could be?
Most likely another glitch/bug 
might have to contact episode about it!
Might be a bug or glitch . I would suggest sending a ticket to episode. I know the VIP stuff has been having problems so maybe purchasing stuff is too .
