I had this problem too when I had an android and I still kinda have it now with my iphone. I think the problem is that the reset story progress takes a lot of power to do. When I press reset story progress, episode freezes for 2 secs. When I had an android sometimes it would say episode has stopped responding. I’m not sure if this a hardware problem or episode problem. Might also be connected to overheating phones.
