I can’t restore using facebook

I can’t use my facebook to restore my story progressions and purchases. It says this email has been used using a different account. But i never changed my facebook email

It specifically says,
log in error

Sorry, the primary email account from your facebook profile is associated with an existing user. Please switch another email account in your facebook profile to log in.

But isn’t that exactly the point? I wanted to restore my previous data but it wont let me and says this
