can someone help i am writing a story with another person but anytime i try to preview the screen just goes black, I’ve tried restarting my computer or refreshing the page but nothing works

did you try to clean your browser?
i tried to clean browser, change browser, log in and out and restart computer it only worked onn my old computer

yes on a chromebook and i just asked my cousin and he helped me figure it out but thanks for trying to help
