I cannot see full body

Hi guys!
I have struggled a lot on getting the full body into my shots. I can never see below the ankle and it’s driving me crazy!!!
Can anybody help?

are you using spot directing?? if you’re not, that’s probably why

I mean I think that I am. I’ve used the positions that are coded like screen center etc. but do I have use the upscreen and the back positions do see the full body?

Or do I have to like move the characters every time I use a new background? :))

Yeah using basic spot directing isn’t the best. Try advanced spot directing
