I can't buy anything

I want to buy more tickets but I keep getting a message saying “In-app purchases are currently disabled for this device. Enable them from the device settings to make a purchase.” But I changed my settings already and I have made purchases on my device before. I don’t understand what is going on.

I had this happen and I had to go in and delete the app the reinstall it before it would work for me!
