I can't collect my rewards

I can’t collect my rewards
I just changed my account to a new one and now I do not have passes but it does not give me the option to see an ad to reduce the time, nor can I see the offers or see several chapters that I am missing to win the passes

Do you know what I can do?

It might be because of a bad Internet connection… this happens sometimes to me.

Are you talking about the ‘Cut The Time For Pass’ thing? To do that you need to press the video icon just over the giftbox icon

I’m telling you this as you get the "No offer’ Message when you press the giftbox icon
