I can't log in back on my Episode account in the app

Hey! I created my Episode account on the app last year on a another device. Everything was fine but in September I changed my phone and I moved the account. It worked for some days then I received this (in this picture): !

I followed the steps, I uninstalled the app, I moved again the code and the password but nothing. Do you know why?

Ok. I asked Episode Team ans they said it"s maybe because my device in no longer connect with Google Play

I think this happens because you can’t switch from an Android to an iOS or another operating system and use the same account. Unfortunately, I think your best bet is simply starting over from scratch.:flushed:

I can still write. On the Episode Writer Portal everything is fine. I can’t just log in the app
