I cant log in on my mobile app, but i'm logged in on the writers portal

So I want to view my story on my IOS phone, but when I try and log in, it says there there was an error. It doesn’t say anything else! I’ve tried:

  1. Shutting down my phone, and turning back on
    2)closing out of the app and re-opening it
  2. looking for updates
  3. trying to connect to a different wifi
    These are all thing that they told my when i submitted a ticket.
    NOTHING IS WORKING!

Hey, I’m actually facing the same issue! Did you end up finding a way to log in? :frowning_face:

Yeah, so I don’t know if this will work for you but I deleted the app, then re-downloaded very quickly. And it saved all of my story progress and I was able to login. But I have heard that sometimes the stories don’t save. It worked for me and I hope it works for you!
