I can't log in to the writers portal

Please, if anyone can give me an advice I’d really appreciate it. I can’t log in to my account on the writer’s portal, I know the password etc but still it won’t let me. What is the problem? I got a new phone recently, changed my android and now using an iPhone but my laptop is still the same.

Hmm. Try logging out on the browser then log back in and try again.

I tried and still nothing. Also checked the cookies’ settings and that’s not the problem either. :confused:

This happened to me. Out of no where I couldn’t log back in. I just refreshed and logged in :thinking:
