This is actually my fourth time reinstalling the app and I still can’t get in. It really sucks because I really want to try it. My phone model is Oppo A37. I hope you can help me on how to get in the game and play it. Thank you very much.
Maybe you don’t have enough free space ? Or maybe your wi-fi signal is bad ?
If you don’t have either of them I would ‘raport a Bug’ to episode and ask what’s wrong…

I think you should file a support ticket. Also, have you try deleting and reinstalling the app?
