I can't see my character

Okay so I can see one of my character but I can’t seem to get the other in the frame. I have adjusted it several times as well as restarting my episode portal? Is there something

I’m missing or is it a glitch?

Add AND in there

Use spot directing to move her around so she shows up on screen.
