Have all overlays/backgrounds been approved?
This happened to me as well. I had to review it only through the online previewed for a few weeks which was ://
As @/bakedpotato mentioned, make sure all your backgrounds and overlays are approved, you have no errors, and you have at least 3 chapters. If that doesn’t work, what I had to do is make a new book to “bump” the other one into my app. I don’t know, but it worked.
I had that happen, make sure it has 3 episodes (which worked for me) and use a CC template on each episode to make it have enough lines
That’s what worked for me (I had overlays pending but that didn’t affect it)
Make sure you have at least 3 episodes with at least 400 lines in each episode with no errors.
