That just means a reader has supported you by donating gems. And no you cannot use them. Gems are usually used to help your story rank or open up writers payment.

By adding the gems support choice, to the end of each chapter of your story so readers who like your story and would like to support you they would have that choice to do so. Here’s my template love! You can always change it to how you want. And to how many gems as well.
